4-DAYS
In this 4-day workshop, key stakeholders will work together through structured activities. We'll visually present all the important information, so everyone can make informed and unbiased decisions. This collaborative process helps us agree on the best opportunities to benefit both your business and your customers. By the end, you'll have a clear strategy, well-defined problems to solve, and a concrete action plan.
Day 1 - Map & Sketch
Define the challenge, map the customer journey to pinpoint key issues, and then each team member rapidly sketches potential solutions. Output: A shared journey map and a range of individual solution sketches.
Day 2 - Decide & Storyboard
Review sketches, select the strongest ideas, and create a detailed storyboard outlining the user's experience with the chosen solution. Output: A finalized storyboard that visualizes the user flow.
Day 3 - Prototype
A realistic prototype of the chosen solution is created. Output: A functional prototype that can be tested with users.
Day 4 - Test
The prototype is tested with real users to gather feedback. Output: Valuable insights into how users interact with the prototype and what needs improvement.
From Insights to Action Workshop: Remote or In-Person
HALF-DAY
During this half day workshop, stakeholders will be presented with the Review Report. This document encapsulates the insights, discussions, decisions made during the workshop and learnings from user testing. It serves as an official record of the engagement, providing a detailed overview of the process and its outcomes. Furthermore, in this workshop an action plan is created, where they are defined and prioritised, and assigned roles & responsibilities to specific team members.
